Make Mouthwatering!
The Perfect Hamburger? It's almost impossible to really come up with the "perfect" hamburger recipe because of all the variables... cuts of meats, combinations of the cuts of meats, seasoning added chopped veggies, types of condiments, ketchups, mayonnaises, mustards, not to mention the different kinds of cheeses and other added grilled meats...Buns, oh, I don't think I have the energy, LOL, but you get the idea. Start with great cuts of meats and grind them yourself, or have your butcher do it for you. If you buy pre-ground meat at your supermarket, all I will say is...sometimes fat is a good thing. You want your burger juicy....have some fat in your meat mixture. A 70/30 meat to fat mixture is best. The rest is up to you. I would encourage you to explore different "go withs". In this case, crisp bacon, thinly sliced cucumbers and a broad leaf lettuce like Little Gem, Red Leaf (type of Romaine), Romaine, Boston Bibb. Paper thin Vidalia onion slices. Try a chipotle mayonnaise on one side of the bun with truffle and white wine mustard on the other. Add Triple Cream Brie gently melting and mixing with the hamburger juice as it runs down your arms. Now that's Delish!
